Job DescriptionThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.In this Inside Sales position, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities in our client's Food & Beverage / Health Care markets. This includes the development and support of new and existing customers, and sales representatives.Key Accountabilities:1. Visit existing and new customers and sales representatives, as required, to enhance business opportunities and/or resolve outstanding issues2. Follow-up on active quotes as necessary to ensure customers needs are satisfied, understand project status, gain insight into competitive situation and expected market price, and work to secure order.3. Ensure projects are quoted at levels that will win our client the order while meeting profit expectations.a. Follow Pricing Policies to secure approvals when needed.b. Collaborate with Applications Engineer's for price setting when quotes are sent direct by Applications Engineer4. Develop market knowledge as applicable to our clients products5. Identify new market and customer segments/new applications/new products which could support our client's long-term growth targets.6. Keep management aware of potential threats to the business, including those related to customer satisfaction, competitors activities, and general market changes7. Account maintenance: monitor and address potential problems, grow our client's sales with account, understand and report marketing issues, forecast sales.8. Assist in qualifying RFQs so our resources are utilized in the most productive manner9. Prepare and assist sales manager and management with daily/weekly/monthly reports and as required.10.
