Job Description:/h3:
Calamar is currently searching for qualified applicants for our new Administrative Assistant/Data Management position.
The role is part of the Calamar Management Group (CMG), working under our VP of Facilities Operations, providing him and the CMG Team administrative and data management support. The roles tasks include but are not limited to lease management, tenant tracking, survey analysis, the creation of metrics from raw survey data, marketing cost analysis, demographic analysis, and various administrative tasks. The facilitating of information from the corporate team to our communities and vice versa is key to the success of this role, assuring that all documentation is properly tracked, scanned, reported and filed.
1+ year(s) administrative experience required
Bachelors Degree in Business or related field, concentration in Management Information Systems preferred
Extreme proficiency in Excel is a must (must be able to perform correlational analysis), knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and Google Drive preferred
Ability to work in high volume environments while adhering to deadlines
Must be able to keep documentation properly organized and tracked
