A Local Real Estate Company is looking for a unique individual to join their growing team as their new Office Manager No real estate experience is necessary Come join our awesome team, with flexible hours, and fabulous work environment
Qualifications:
Education: Associates Degree in Business Management or equivalent
Experience: Minimum of two:four years experience in an Office Manager Role
Physical Demands: Able to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation
Other: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Customer Relationship Management Systems, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience with scheduling, budgeting and payroll processing.
Summary/Objective
The office manager position is responsible for overall front office activities, including hiring, supervising and evaluate the Olear Realty Group, Inc. Also, responsible for implementing and maintain the Customer Relationship Management System. Responsible providing arrangements for office meetings, processing payroll, monitoring promotional inventory, and supervising day to day operations.
Essential Functions
1. Hire, supervise and evaluate Olear Realty Group, Inc. (ORG) employees on a semi:annual basis
2. Develop and implement daily, weekly and monthly scorecards for all paid staff
3. Supervise day to day operations of ORG
4. Schedule staff and post
5. Supervise implementation of Client Relationship Management system
6. Monitor office product and promotional material inventory
7. Review and development of ORG employee handbook
8. Supervise development, updating and storage of ORG documents and procedures
9. Oversee development and implementation of listing, pending and marketing plans
10. Supervise distribution of list hub data every two weeks
11. Supervise creation and distribution of advertising materials
12. Supervise monitoring web site rankings in google analytics and organic search on a weekly basis
13. Maintain ongoing list of request tasks from outside contractors including web designer, blog writer, etc.
14. Maintain availability list of agents for open houses and coordinate scheduling of agents, sellers and ads for opens
15. Collect payroll submissions and submit to payroll vendor
16. Supervise naming and storage of team forms, procedures and marketing materials in Dropbox
17. Create agendas and conduct team meetings for the entire group and segments when needed
18. Develop and supervise implementation of annual operations and marketing budgeting
19. Supervise maintenance, delivery and interpretation of weekly financial and pending transaction reports
20. Monitor accounts receivable
21. Compile regular reporting for agent benchmarks : appointments, listings, sale volume and transaction units
22. Performs other related duties as assigned

The Olear Team provides personalized, exceptional service for all aspects of residential real estate in Western New York. The team was founded by lead broker Michael Olear as an S:corp housed under MJ Peterson Real Estate.
The Olear Team includes eight licensed brokers and sales associates. Our agents many qualifications and expertise include: one agent with an architecture degree; two agents who are New York State licensed appraisers and four others who have the Seniors Real Estate Specialist advanced designation.
The teams four administrative staff members include a marketing director, marketing assistant, transaction coordinator and an office administrator. Together they have over 50 years combined experience in real estate.
The Olear Team works throughout Erie and Niagara counties with a specific concentration in the City of Buffalo, Amherst, Clarence, Orchard Park and Tonawanda.
