Candidate is responsible for assisting the teacher at a center-based pre-school for a special education class as needed. The selected candidate will work in a classroom comprised of students with special needs ages 3-5.This is a per diem as needed position.Qualifications:· All applicants must have a Level 1, 2 or 3 Teacher Assistant Certification from NY State.One year of experience working with young children with multiple disabilities including children that are visually impaired, autistic and non-ambulatory is required.
