Job Description Millennia Housing Management, Ltd., a successful management company located in the Midwest, is looking for an experienced Office Assistant for our property, located in Getzville, NY . We are looking for someone that has office experience, preferably in affordable housing. This is a part-time position with an attractive starting salary. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 yrs. experience working in a general front office. This person must also have the ability to process rent collections, utility checks and invoices, creating marketing and communication materials, outreach to the community, process applications, professionally answer a multi-line phone system, multi-task in an extremely fast paced environment and the ability to form professional customer service relationships with the staff, vendors, residents and potential residents. This person must be a self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision. Must Possess: Resident Relation skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Outgoing personality who enjoys working with people Organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent customer service Ability to assist with budget compliance Creativity Capable of working in a fast paced worked environment Proficient in MS Outlook, Publisher, Word and Excel (property Management software a plus!)
