DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY: This position interfaces with customers-providing them with quotations, answering questions, and serving as a liaison with operations to ensure timely delivery of products. This position also supports outside sales representatives and plays an integral role in the organizations growth initiatives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Along with those identified below, other duties may be assigned. Inside Sales/Customer Service: 75%1. Prepare price quotations2. Process & enter sales orders3. Provide timely, professional responses to external customers via telephone, email, etc 4. Work with other departments to promptly resolve customer issues. 5. Maintain accurate customer records. 6. Serve as a liaison between sales and operations team to ensure customer needs are understood and addressed & that customer ship dates are met. 7. Use contact management database and internal ERP system to monitor and review ongoing customer sales and shipmentsMarketing: 25%8. Assist with creating & editing marketing materials9. Assist with online marketing to include website and social media platformsQualifications1. Bachelors degree or equivalent in Marketing or Communications2. Excellent communication/interpersonal skills with an ability to build/maintain strong relationships 3. Proficient with Microsoft Office4. Experience with Adobe Photoshop or equivalent software5. Must have strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task 6. Prior customer service and/or order entry experience a plus7. Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Google Analytics)8. Strong copywriting and verbal communication skills required.
