Job Description
Electronics manufacturer of Inductors, Radio Frequency coils, chokes, transformers and resolvers with a strong brand for 70 years, and the only manufacturer in the world with Mil-PRF-39010 Level -S- accreditation.

This position interfaces with customers-providing them with quotations, answering questions, and serving as a liaison with operations to ensure timely delivery of products. This position also supports outside sales representatives and plays an integral role in the organization-s growth initiatives.

Along with those identified below, other duties may be assigned.
Inside Sales/Customer Service: 75%
1. Prepare price quotations
2. Process & enter sales orders
3. Provide timely, professional responses to external customers via telephone, email, etc-
4. Work with other departments to promptly resolve customer issues.
5. Maintain accurate customer records.
6. Serve as a liaison between sales and operations team to ensure customer needs are understood and addressed & that customer ship dates are met.
7. Use contact management database and internal ERP system to monitor and review ongoing customer sales and shipments
Marketing: 25%
8. Assist with creating & editing marketing materials
9. Assist with online marketing to include website and social media platforms

1. Bachelor-s degree or equivalent in Marketing or Communications
2. Excellent communication/interpersonal skills with an ability to build/maintain strong relationships
3. Proficient with Microsoft Office
4. Experience with Adobe Photoshop or equivalent software
5. Must have strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task
6. Prior customer service and/or order entry experience a plus
7. Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Google Analytics)
8. Strong copywriting and verbal communication skills required.
