What Customer Order Mgmt. contributes to Cardinal Health Customer Order Management is responsible for expediting orders by acting as a liaison in problem solving, research and problem/dispute resolution.Shift hours: (All EST)Mon-Thurs- 12:00p-8:30pFri- 11:30a-8:00pSat- Once a month (rotate with team) 12p-3:30pAccountabilities:Field and re-direct incoming calls to the appropriate destinationRespond to customer inquiries and requests via Salesforce, phone, email, web and fax in a timely manner, Process Customer credit card paymentsProcess customer return requests and order traces within dept. service levelsDaily research and resolution of customer complaints/issues assigned through the Salesforce, phone, email and web with minimal supervisionProved specialized knowledge and service to our customersQualificationsExtensive phone communication experience, customer service environment experiencePrevious experience preferredKnowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office to include Word, Excel and OutlookWhat is expected of you and others at this levelAcquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete standard tasksWorks on basic and routine assignmentsSelects correct processes from prescribed rules or guidelinesWork is closely managed and follows detail instructionsSeeks regular guidance and advice from supervisor Posted by StartWire
