Job Description Customer Service Representative We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Depew, NY facility. Position Responsibilities: The key duties for which the employee is accountable are as follows: Provide support and send information to dealers and end-users upon request Enter customer orders into the MAX system Notify customers of back order situations Trace customer shipments Identify parts and quote prices Resolve credit issues Issue RMA’s for returning product and loaners Provide support to our Outside Sales Representatives Assist customers with documentation and foreign government certificates Provide switchboard relief on a rotating basis Provide support to our Dealers Administer our GSA contract Position Requirements: The education, experience, skills and training required of the employee for this position are as follows: HS Diploma required, Associates+ in Business preferred 3-5 years’ experience in customer service Strong computer Skills – Microsoft Office Suite; MAX a plus Strong communication skills Ability to multi-task and strong decision making skills Strong organizational skills Customer friendly, team player Knowledge of export documentation and GSA contracting preferred Bi-lingual a plus Company Description We Deliver- Talent, Solution & Satisfaction: SilverXis Inc. is leading provider of workforce solutions.
