We are a successful medical uniforms, linen, and accessory store that offers full on-site embroidery and monogramming. We also have a strong web presence in multiple areas. We are looking for someone with customer service and retail experience who will deliver a great shopping experience to our customers and ensure return business. In addition, the candidate will help receive inventory (check in, hang, price, and organize fixtures, etc.) accurately sign and identify products on display, and effectively manage our point of sale system. The retail store associate will also answer phones, ensure store cleanliness and work with the store manager on other projects. This job also requires embroidery training and understanding in full, so the candidate is able to do the embroidery on their own. Associate will also be working in the warehouse and helping with any other necessary needs in those duties.

General Requirements:
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication ability
• Flexible schedule (weekends are a must)
• Good people skills and desire to help customers
• Positive attitude
• Must be timely
• Ability to learn policies and procedures
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong work ethic
• Must be able to perform working required periods of walking, standing, bending, reaching and light lifting
• Must have transportation
• Must be 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with e-commerce
• Computer literate

This is a part-time position (20-30) hours with room to grow to full time if employee shows ability to handle responsibilities.

We are open: Monday-Friday 9-7 Saturday 10-5 Sunday 11-5
