Job entails answering phones, general office duties and office organization.

Must be positive, customer service driven, detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills, great attitude, fun personality and professionalism mandatory.
We are located in Downtown Buffalo, 50 Fountain Plaza, Buffalo, NY 14202

Responsibilities are:

Answering Phones
Managing Files
Using Excel and Internet daily
Data Entry
Scanning
Application Processing
Mailing/Sorting/Faxing

Requirements include:

â¢NO experience require, We will train you.
â¢Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office , especially Microsoft Excel.
â¢Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills required.
