Job Description: As an industry leader we are looking for an exceptional Accounting Clerk to join our Corporate Accounting Team. This position is responsible for assisting with the basic functions of Accounting including but not limited to the following: * All miscellaneous Accounting functions * Communicate missing timesheet and/or order information with offices, affiliate vendors and/or Account Managers * Communicate with both clients and vendors to ensure accuracy and completeness of billing and payments * Coordinate invoicing activities with departments throughout the Company * Create monthly invoices for designated facilities * Ensure timely and accurate entry of timesheet data into the STAT (Stafferlink) Vendor Management System (VMS) for all Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients * Ensure timely reconciliation of timesheet data with order and billing reports * Ensure timely completion of invoice data entry and delivery of payment * Ensure timely posting of cash receipts * Handles inquiries related to assigned areas * Maintain accurate records and control reports * Maintain new vendor/state files and ensure compliance with government requirements * Provide payment history information to affiliate vendors as requested * Processing cash receipts in CareKeeper, Ultra-Staff and Great Plains * Processes invoices, including creating special invoices for designated facilities * Participate in year-end audit by providing external auditor with accounting information * Perform analyses and complete special projects as assigned * Responsible for accurately coding all A/R transactions * Review invoices for coding accuracy; match with timecards * Reviews, codes, and processes non-A/R cash receipts * Timely submission of invoicing and/or timecards to Strategic Account clients * Assist with compiling data for various tax returns * Assist with mailing out various tax returns and tax related communications * Assist with company licensing and compliance requirements and deadlines * Compiling sales data and reporting to vendors This position will help maintain an environment of high morale, motivation and teamwork.
